fix(conduit-market): resolve host port collision with angor-relay

Both claimed 8091. angor-relay landed on main first (ef82542); move
conduit-market to 8092. validate-app-manifest.sh only checks for
duplicate ports within a single manifest, not across apps/, so this
didn't get caught automatically.
