fix: demo compose uses ../indeedhub path for source builds

Browse Source 
IndeedHub builds from source instead of registry images. Clone the
indeedhub repo as a sibling directory:
  git clone https://git.tx1138.com/lfg2025/indeehub.git indeedhub
