fix: IndeedHub port 7778, podman registries v2 format

- IndeedHub container port changed from 7777 to 7778 (7777 used by nostr-relay)
- Nginx proxy updated to route to 7778
- Backend config.rs port mapping updated
- Podman registries.conf switched to v2 format (fixes mixed v1/v2 error)
