chore: mark all plan tasks complete (Tasks 23-25 research)
All 25 tasks in the overnight loop plan are now [DONE]. Phase 4 research (Capacitor/TWA, StartOS comparison, roadmap) was documented inline during plan creation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
