fix: audit app icons — remove orphans, add missing nostrudel.svg

Removed orphaned icons: indeedhub.ico, community-store.png,
morphos-server.png, atob.png, k484.png. Created nostrudel.svg
placeholder. Cleaned mock-backend references.
