PR description:
The scanner credits every installed app to Archipelago, whatever metadata.author its manifest declares. apply_manifest_value already reads icon, tier and licence from metadata; this reads author too, keeping the scanner's default when none is declared. One test added; docker_packages tests pass (27/27).

Adds the authenticated resumable terminal session backend, xterm-based terminal UI with bounded scrolling and app-style controls, tmux key translation, Codex/node bootstrap, preloaded Archipelago skills, developer app starter, and UAT runbook.
Validation: npm run build:production; cargo check -p archipelago; scripts/tests/archy-developer-setup-test.sh. Framework UAT health and unauthenticated terminal endpoint checks pass.

fix: report an installed app's declared author

The scanner gives every installed app author "Archipelago", and the
app details sidebar shows it, so an app whose manifest declares
metadata.author (Wildbloom: ForgeSworn) is credited to the node OS.
apply_manifest_value already reads icon, tier and licence from the
manifest's metadata; it now reads author too. Without one the scanner's
default stays.

Retain scoped guest access, publishing journeys and local Blossom integration.
Normalize Blossom/router memory units to supported quadlet suffixes.
Validation: 108 dashboard tests, 10 gateway policy tests, strict source catalog
check. Integrated isolated backend qualification remains required before main.
