On some boots, 'Failed to start archipelago.service' prints ~20x over ~5min before it starts. Startup dependency/timing race; check Restart=/RestartSec, ExecStartPre gates, crash-recovery.

Fixed + VERIFIED LIVE: RequiresMountsFor=/var/lib/archipelago ordering (commit 34b1fdc1). .198 reboot: clean single start, zero flap.
