Critical bugs found and fixed:
- Rootless volume permission denied (missing DAC_OVERRIDE capability)
- LND health check requiring macaroon auth
- Electrumx health check using missing curl binary
- Container-doctor killing active conmon processes (root/rootless mismatch)
