refactor: extract arena renderer and showboat system from FightScene.ts

- drawArenaDecor (1,234 lines) → fight/arena-renderer.ts
- showboat/taunt system (870 lines) → fight/showboats.ts
- FightScene.ts: 3,468 → 1,266 lines (scene setup + orchestration only)
