test: infrastructure launch checklist passed

Verified: SQLite WAL mode, rate limiting (60/min/IP), SSRF blocking
(private IPs, localhost, reserved TLDs), 256KB body limit, security
headers (CSP, X-Frame-Options, HSTS), graceful shutdown (10s drain),
daily backups (7 rotation), monitoring alerts (200/300MB thresholds)
