- token_economy: added popupSpam (4->5 themed)
- creative_writing: added newspaperRoll (4->5 themed)
- math_blitz: added chainLightning (4->5 themed)
- All 22 challenge types now have min 5 themed choreographies
- Verified all 225 CHALLENGE_THEMED refs exist in choreographyMap (366 total)
- All 40 tier-gated ultimates properly mapped and morph-compatible
