All end-to-end flows verified: registration, fight queue, SSE
spectating, leaderboard, bot profiles, wallet connect (NWC/LN/Cashu),
admin dashboard, background fight loop, seed/migrations, tournaments.
10 API routers mounted, all endpoints wired and typechecked.
